The reservation is binding once the registration fee has been paid. The registration fee is 30% of the rental amount and should be paid within 15 days from the time of the booking. The remaining settlement should, if nothing else has been agreed, be paid at the latest 30 days before arrival. Reservation fee is 80 sek.

Cancellation insurance fee is 250 sek / item

- For cancellation, with cancellation insurance, until 12:00 o’clock the day before arrival, 100% of the paid rent is refunded minus 250 sek (administration fee) and 250 sek (cancellation insurance fee), in total 500 sek.

- For cancellation, without cancellation insurance, earlier than 30 days before arrival, the total amount of the paid rent, except the registration fee (=30%), is refunded.

- For cancellation, without cancellation insurance, less than 30 days before arrival, the paid amount is not refunded.

Reservation confirmation / Invoice

Misunderstandings can occur at the time of booking, therefore it is up to the guest to check the information listed on the registration confirmation / invoice i.e. date, item, additional reservations etc.
