Rules and Regulations
For the comfort of all guest and personnel the following regulations are to be followed at Karlstad Swecamp BomstadBaden:
Respect
Pay respect to other guest´s: silence between 11 pm and 7 am . Other guests want their rest befor the next day. Noise or high volume from a stereo as well as fighting, damagin etc. leads to immediate eviction and no repayment of remaining time at BomstadBaden.
The guard on duty can always be reached by the entry phone at the reception.
Entering and Exiting
The main entrance is closed between 22 pm and 7 am and car traffic is forbidden in the whole camping site during these hours.
Positioning
It is not allowed to position a caravan in the site without first contacting the reception (if the reception is closed you can be directed to another place.) When you position your caravan on the lot, please consider the 4 m distance between the units.
Speed Limit
The speed limit in the site is 20 km/h. Drunken car driving is absolutely forbidden. motorbike is allowed only to and from a checked-in unit.
Responsibility
BomstadBaden reject any responsibility for thefts and damage to guests or their belongings beyond our control.
The guests may not use the cottage/camping lot for anything else than what has been agreed upon (usually leisure activities). Neither may the guest let more people spend the night in the cottage/camping lot than what has been stated in the reservation.
The guest undertakes to look after the cottage/camping lot well and to follow the given regulations and instructions. The guest is responsible for any damages to the cottage/camping lot or their effects caused by carelessness by his/her companions.
Cleaning
The cottage/camping lot must be cleaned before departure. If the cottage is not cleaned we shall see to it, at your expense, and invotce you afterwards.
Violation of the smoking ban in a cottage involves a sanitation cost of SEK 1500 for you as the tenant.
Complaints
Contact us immediately with any complaints. Should you lodge comlaints later, you might lessen your possibilities of rectification.
The contract ceases effective immediately if:
- You or anyone in your company behave disorerly in the camping site.
- You or anyone in your company cause damage to the cottage/room or the camping site.
- If the cottage/room/camping lot is not used for the intended purpose.
If the contract ceases due to the above mentioned causes, you and your company must immediately move away and you will not receive any repayment of the remaining rent amount. If you camp, you must pay for the whole tenancy and you will also be liable for eventual repayment to other guests who have sufferd.
